STORY

The world of Alcaino is one you rarely see, hear, or read about; his exploits started in the 1970s when he hooked into Pablo Escobar’s criminal organization and became a trusted trafficker, money launderer, a criminal mastermind who could blend into any ethnic backdrop. Hiding his Argentinian roots, Alcaino not only built the trust of Escobar himself, but created a pipeline into Los Angeles, where he laundered money through gold operations and other sources. It wasn’t long before he was on the radar of federal law enforcement, and that is when he crossed paths with Customs Agent Robert Mazur, an expert undercover operator penetrating global money laundering operations.

After a stint in various federal prisons, Alcaino hooked into the Russian Mafia and the Bright Beach power structure with direct ties to Russian Intelligence. Alcaino used federal prison to elevate his connections, and with Russian ties, he started to flood the marketplace again with cocaine and money. Traversing the globe and making even more sinister connections, Alcaino got on the radar of D.E.A. and agent John Post of the Newark Field Division.

With his back against the wall, Alcaino did something he thought wasn’t possible. He went
to work as a D.E.A. super informant, working
with the D.E.A. Special Operations Division.

Alcaino took on the role of an ailing Italian Organized Crime Figure, Colombia Narco, a Mexican financier, a savvy chameleon, who the D.E.A. would insert into operations worldwide.

Working with the D.E.A., Alcaino would receive ten percent of any seizures, and it was this work with the government that made him millions but also gave him a free pass from federal prisons.

Alcaino was also able to infiltrate a global syndicate led by the terrorist group Hezbollah and went undercover inside their drug, money, and gun operation that led all the way to the political leadership in Syria, Russian, and Iran.

Alcaino is a rare animal who has survived the Global Narco Wars and is now talking for the first time.
