Private Investigator Anthony Pellicano was the inspiration for the Showtime scripted series Ray Donovan. He was a private eye for some of Hollywood’s biggest stars, SLY Stallone, Chris Rock, Tom Cruise, Gary Shandling, and many others.

In the underbelly of celebrity, Pellicano was connected to heavyweight power attorneys Bert Fields and Marty Singer and created a wiretapping operation that rivaled the FBI.

At the executive level, Pellicano was in bed with Hollywood über titans Ron Meyer, Mike Ovitz and Joel Silver. Pellicano was the phone call that was made when any dicey situation presented itself. How he got his information and how he used it became the dirtiest secret in LA.
